To maintain the snack bar and to perform general duties in the preparation and service of food on a routine basis.

Principal Accountabilities

Principal Accountabilities

Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment each night.

Principal Accountabilities

Prepares food items on the menu per established process.

Principal Accountabilities

Operates the cash register and prepares nightly deposits.

Maintain the labeling and dating system for all food items.

Principal Accountabilities

Maintains a clean eating area, including straightening chairs, cleaning tables and chairs, picking up trash and removal of trash can liners and replacement.

Reports low food items.

Keeps dry storage and reach in coolers neat and organized.
