Position Summary Information

Objective

Assist Executive Director, Academic Success with basic office duties and coordinating events.

Essential Duties

Assist Director with making copies, sending faxes and posting information.

Creating spreadsheets with data.

Assist with tracking trainings and events.

Assist with setting up faculty training events.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Must be timely and organized

2. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

3. Self-starter; positive attitude

4. Must be able to work with little to no supervision

5. Must be Federal Work Study Eligible.

Preferred Experience and Training

Someone who is looking to go into Human Resources or event planning.
